Charleston Oyster Feed begins at noon Saturday
CHARLESTON, Ore. -- If you like oysters, you'll want to be on the south coast in Charleston Saturday afternoon, April 28.
Seafood lovers will be celebrating at the annual Charleston Oyster Feed.
Enjoy fresh seafood cooked every way possible from local growers, as well as live music, dessert and Oregon wines.
All the proceeds go to the Charleston Community enhancement Corporation, which works to improve the community.

"It's a fundraiser for CCEC and we use that money to support the Charleston Food Bank, Bucapa ballpark and other local Charleston events here," says Knute Nemeth with Charleston Community Enhancement Corp.
The oyster feed is from noon till 4 p.m. Saturday at the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology on Boat Basin Road in Charleston.
