Coos County Special Election: Ballots due at 8 p.m.
COQUILLE, Ore. -- The Coos County Special Election is Tuesday, and if you haven't already, there's still time to drop off your ballot.
According to the Coos County clerk, 33 percent of voters had returned their ballots as of last Friday.
County residents are voting on a bond measure for Coos Bay schools and a City of Lakeside measure to fund law enforcement services.
You have until 8 p.m. Tuesday to turn in your ballot at one of the county election drop boxes.
They are located at the North Bend and Coos Bay libraries and at city halls in Lakeside and Coos Bay.
