Coquille Police make large marijuana discovery

COQUILLE, Ore.-- Coquille Police and the South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team arrest two people who they say lived in a building with rooms full of marijuana.

Coquille Police Chief Janice Blue stated in a press release that after a lengthy investigation, law enforcement officers were able to obtain a search warrant into a building where they believed marijuana was not only being grown but distributed.

"When officers made entry they discovered several marijuana plants in several rooms of the residence," Blue stated.

"Officers seized over 27 mature marijuana plants and booked into evidence."

Coquille Police arrested Jessica Krane and Kyle Hollet, both 19, on charges of delivery of controlled substance, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, all linked to Marijuana.
