It's National Coffee Day and you know what that means - discounts galore on coffee!
If you need a caffeine boost on Sept. 29, here are a few deals you can take advantage of to safe a few bucks and re-energize yourself.
Dunkin’ Donuts is inviting customers to share the love on National Coffee Day. They said any customer who buys a medium, large or extra-large cup of hot coffee will receive an additional medium-sized hot coffee for free.
Krispy Kreme says one day isn’t enough time to celebrate coffee. The doughnut chain is instead creating what it calls “National Coffee Weekend.” That’s right. THREE days of free coffee.
Krispy Kreme is offering one free hot or iced premium blend coffee per customer from Sept. 29 through Oct. 1. The customer can select any size.
7-Eleven puts its own spin on National Coffee Day calling it "CofFREE Day." From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 29, participating 7-Eleven Stores will give away free medium-sized cups of coffee.
Cinnabon is joining in the festivities by giving away free 12-ounce coffees all day on September 29.
If Peet's Coffee is your stop for a cup of Jo, you're also in luck. Peet's Coffee is giving customers 25 percent off all beans and a free drip coffee or tea on Friday with a purchase of beans. They're also offering 25 percent off all regular, non-subscription bean purchases made online with the promo code COFFEEDAY17.
For those who enjoy shopping local, fear not, Stumptown is also giving away free coffee. Customers can score a free small cup of coffee at every Stumptown cafe on National Coffee Day. They will also offer free shipping on orders over $25 from Friday through Sunday.
If you prefer to make your coffee at home, there’s even a deal for you. Keurig is offering 15 percent off most boxes of pods and 20 percent off recyclable K-Cup pods. The coupon code is good through October 2.
Dutch Bros will celebrate National Coffee Day by giving back to its communities. Dutch Bros will donate $1 from every drink sold on Sept. 29 to local youth organizations. The coffee company calls this its annual “Buck for Kids” day.
Each Dutch Bros location can select a nonprofit to donate to.
