Police arrest Roseburg man on meth possession and delivery charges

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- On Wednesday afternoon, February 7, Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team detectives arrested 35-year-old Michael Harris of Roseburg on drug-related charges, the agency said.

Harris was contacted at a business in the 1600 block of NE Stephens Street in Roseburg.

Police say he was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and had made arrangements to sell the drug.

DINT detectives arrested Harris and lodged him at the Douglas County Jail on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful delivery of methamphetamine.
