Police: If you see this man call 911

KLAMATH COUNTY, Ore. -- Officials with the Klamath County Major Crimes Team are asking for your help in finding a person of interest in the death of a 33-year-old man.

On Monday, the Klamath County Major Crimes Team was activated to investigate the death of Cheng Sio Saechao.

David Guy Mogelburg, 33, turned himself in and has been arrested on charges of Murder and Arson in the Second Degree.

Investigators also belive the vehicle of interest, a 1990s Blue Jeep Cherokee, has been located. Final verification is pending review by the Oregon State Police Crime Lab.

Authorities have identified James Collins, 32, who also goes by the nickname 'Cowboy,' as another person of interest.

Collins is about 6' 4", around 200 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

He has numerous tattoos, including on his neck, and flame tattoos on his left arm.

Officials say if you see the man you should not contact him, but call 911.

People who may have other information related to the case is asked to call Klamath Falls Police Department at (541) 883-5336, and ask to be connected with the Command Post.

The former Portland man was found dead on South Chiloquin Road near Highway 62 in northern Klamath County just before 8 p.m. Monday.

The Klamath County Major Crime Team is comprised of the Klamath County Sheriff's Office, Klamath Falls Police Department, Oregon State Police, Klamath County Community Corrections, and Klamath County District Attorney's Office.
