      Students design 'dream bakery' as culinary school final

      COOS BAY, Ore. - Students designed their "dream bakery" as their final project at the Oregon Coast Culinary Institute, completing all the steps it takes to own a business.

      "Pink Flamingos Patisseries" by Taylor Beck and Faith Amend made 50 different food items, all their own recipes.

      Items were on sale Friday at the institute from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. All proceeds go to local charities.
