What's old is new again at Marshfield Vintage Market

COOS BAY, Ore. - What's being called the Marshfield Vintage Market was held over the weekend in downtown Coos Bay.

The creative crafts and antiques were a big draw.

The market gives vendors a place to sell their creations under one roof.

"A lot of people are recycling, up-cycling, finding things on the side of the road, fixing them up painting them and making them usable again," said organizer Thea Snyder. "I mean, everything's made in China now, and we miss all of that made in the USA stuff, and it's still out there, you just have to find it. It's just battered and waiting for a new home and that's what a lot of our vendors do."

Snyder hopes to have another show in November.
