NORTH BEND, Ore. -- North Bend's Big Brother Football Camp is back for the summer.

The camp caters to third through eighth graders in Coos County.

The high school's coaches and student athletes work with campers to develop skills and techniques that allow them to be successful on the football field.

The three-day football camp will kick off next Tuesday and run through Thursday, August 10.

It will run from 6-7:30 each night at North Bend High School.

"It's just a way to get kids back from a long summer break and to get their bodies ready for the practices that they're going to go through to get ready for their own seasons, and get them thinking about North Bend football," says head coach Gary Prince. "We'll have fun and hopefully develop a love for the game that they will bring with them when they get to the high school level."

Registration for the Big Brother Camp will be next Tuesday, August 8, 5-6 p.m.

The cost is $35.
