Deputies locate 13-year-old boy who ran away from Oregon City school

    UPDATE: The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says they found 13-year-old Jakob Esperum around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday and he is safe.

    OREGON CITY, Ore. – The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a 13-year-old boy who they say ran away from his school Monday afternoon.

    Deputies say Jakob Esperum was last seen around 4 p.m. after he ran away from Ogden Middle School in Oregon City, according to his mother.

    Esperum is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.

    He was last seen wearing a brown hoodie, black pants and black shoes. Esperum wears glasses his hair is dyed purple.
