PHOENIX, Ariz. -- With Oregon's return to the Final Four for the first time in 78 years, there is no shortage of excitement in Phoenix.

The Final Four is the biggest stage in college basketball, and the Ducks, in their first trip since 1939, are realizing that with each passing moment.

The first came Wednesday night when the team thought they were about to watch film.

But then NBA all-star and Los Angeles Laker great Kobe Bryant walked in the room.

The team erupted, spent time in shock, and then the guys got a chance to ask Kobe some questions.

One asked what he does in the off-season; another asked him how he prepares for a game.

Duck players were still on cloud nine talking about it Thursday.

Kobe, who's represented by Nike, gave each player a pair of unreleased Kobe brand shoes.

Oregon faces North Carolina Saturday. Tip-off is 5:49 p.m. PDT #LiveOnKVAL CBS 13.
