Fire destroys LTM Concrete Company shop in Coos Bay

COOS BAY, Ore. - Fire officials continue to investigate a blaze that destroyed an LTM Concrete Company shop in Coos Bay Tuesday.

Coos County's 911 dispatch center received the call at 8:29 p.m. Tuesday.

The caller reported seeing a large fire behind the Johnson Rock Company at 62157 Highway 101 in Coos Bay.

Coos County Sheriff’s deputies and Millington Fire Department responded and when deputies and fire personnel arrived on scene they found the shop owned by LTM Concrete Company engulfed in flames.

Officials said the structure was a total loss and the cause is still under investigation.
