COOS BAY, Ore. -- A Coos County transient was arrested after police investigated a home alarm Wednesday.

Just after 4 p.m. Coos County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to residence on Cape Arago Highway in Coos Bay for a report of active alarms at the home.

When deputies arrived they found the home had been forcibly entered but no one was inside.
