ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Police are still searching for a suspect after nearly three dozen guns were stolen last week in Roseburg.

The break-in Tuesday happened at the Waldron's Outdoor Sports store.

According to Roseburg Police, the suspect broke through a window and took 33 guns from the store in the early morning hours.

They say there has been some progress in the investigation.

"There was property recovered in California, and I'm not going to get too deep into that because our investigation is still ongoing," said Roseburg Police Sgt. Gary Klopfenstein.

Police say if you have a business involving the sale of firearms to keep iron bars around the doors and windows and invest in a surveillance system.
