Police: Woman arrested at DHS in Roseburg after 'threatening to blow up building'
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Grants Pass woman was arrested Friday in Roseburg after causing a scene at the Department of Human Services, police said.
According to a Roseburg Police Department report, officers responded to the DHS building when it was reported the woman was "screaming at customers, scaring small children in the lobby," the report said.
The incident happened around 8:35 a.m. Friday at the building located at 738 Harvard Avenue.
Upon investigating, it was found the woman, identified as 36-year-old Bobbie Jo Langdon, was yelling, cursing, and threatened to "...blow up the building," RPD's report said.
She was arrested without incident and was also found to have a warrant out of Josephine County.
Langdon was charged with first degree disorderly conduct and charged on the warrant for failure to appear.
She was lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
